Two decades ago, I thought I was starting a window cleaning company. Over the years I realized I was starting something much bigger. People weren't hiring us because they wanted clean windows. They were hiring us because they wanted to feel confident they'd chosen the right people to care for their home.
That small commitment grew into a family legacy — and the core lesson that defines us today: it's not just about cleaning windows. It's about knowing the person in your home respects your family, your time, and your possessions as much as you do.
I am proud that this legacy is now carried forward by my four sons — Arian, Arlen, Alan, and Aaron. Whether leading our flagship service or their own dedicated crews, they ensure the values this company was built on continue for the next generation.

Price depends on the number of panes, how many stories, window style, and how much hard-water buildup is present — which is why we look before we quote instead of reading you a flat number over the phone. What you're paying for isn't wiping glass: it's the ladder work you don't have to do, the screens and tracks most people skip, and a result that still looks right a month later. Why not just clean them myself?+
You can — plenty of homeowners do. The three things that usually change their mind are the ladder, the time, and the finish. Second-story glass is genuinely dangerous to reach, the job eats most of a day, and DIY squeegee work in Las Vegas sun tends to dry into streaks before you can finish the pane. We do it with purified water and professional technique so the glass dries clear.
Can I just get the outside done?+
Yes, and for many homes exterior-only is the right call between full services — the outside takes the dust, overspray, and hard water. That said, interior glass collects fingerprints, cooking film, and pet marks, so if it's been a while, doing both is what actually makes the windows disappear. We'll tell you honestly which one your home needs.
Do you remove hard-water stains?+
Standard window cleaning removes dirt and film, but true mineral etching from years of sprinkler overspray is a separate restoration process — different products, different time on each pane. We'll look at your glass and tell you whether it's cleanable or whether it needs restoration before you commit to anything.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. Licensed and insured, and we've been working on Las Vegas homes since 2003. That matters most on ladder work — you should never let an uninsured crew up the side of your house.
What if something gets broken or damaged?+
We work with shoe covers and drop cloths, and we're careful around screens, frames, sills, fixtures, and landscaping. If something does go wrong, we're insured and we make it right. That's the whole reason to hire a real company instead of the cheapest quote on Marketplace.
Do I need to be home during the service?+
For exterior-only work, no — as long as we have gate and hose access, you can go about your day. For interior work someone needs to let us in. Either way we finish with a walk-through when you're available so nothing is called done until you've seen it.
I just had them cleaned — why would I do it again?+
If the previous cleaning skipped the screens and tracks, the glass re-dirties within weeks no matter how well it was squeegeed. Most Las Vegas homes hold up well on a twice-a-year rhythm, and recurring customers get 10% off. If your glass genuinely doesn't need us yet, we'll tell you.
